Check-in and Check-out is done through the rental office.

Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the check-in office, unless otherwise noted in your Agreement. If you will be arriving after 5PM, please call us to make arrangements for obtaining your keys after business hours.

Full deposit is required to make an on-line reservation.

Guest agrees to pay an excessive housekeeping fee if property is not left in the following condition: 1) Remove all food from refrigerator and all trash from property. 2) Clean dishes and utensils and store them properly. 3) Make beds. 4) Leave furniture arranged properly. 5) Check all drawers and closets for personal items. 6) Close windows and lock the doors when leaving; return the keys promptly at 10:00 a.m. to check-in office. Guests are responsible for the property until all keys, pool tags and parking permits are returned and property is vacated.

Smoking is prohibited inside the rental unit and only allowed at designated spots while on the Sunset Beach Condominium's complex
